With over 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Mentel’s approach to patient care is to always listen to the patient. In his words, “The patient understands their illness better than anyone else, because they live it.” His passion for Addiction Medicine stems from his work with pregnant patients with co-occurring substance use. Dr. Reinhardt has practiced as a board-certified psychiatric pharmacist (BCPP) in Montana since 2014. She graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Roseman University in Southern Nevada, and then went on to complete residency in Clinical Pharmacy at Billings Clinic and in Psychopharmacology at The University of Texas, Austin. After finishing residency, Dr. Reinhardt joined Billings Clinic and founded the organization’s first inpatient psychopharmacology service line, working alongside other psychiatric providers to ensure evidence-based, safe, and effective patient-specific treatment for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. He came into the healthcare field later in life after working in gaming and construction in Las Vegas and attending the University of Nevada at night. Cyndi was born and raised in Montana. She owned and operated a daycare service for nine years while simultaneously raising her own children. From childcare services, she transitioned into banking where she gained valuable experience in customer service. Another career transition, working as a traveling phlebotomist, revealed Cyndi’s true passion- healthcare. With more than two decades in the health field, she has worked in a variety of settings, from same day care to internal medicine, endocrinology, rheumatology, orthodontics, and psychiatry. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the importance of customer service and patient care. Tammera received her B.A. in Human Services/Education from Western Washington University and her master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Washington in 1993. Tammera has broad experience in the substance use disorder and mental health fields, ranging from direct service to the administration of programs and services for all ASAM levels of care. She has developed multiple programs for treating co-occurring conditions, trauma informed care utilizing innovative practices. Patrick Ryan is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and the Clinical Services Coordinator for 406 Recovery. Patrick spent nearly a decade at Western Montana Mental Health Center in a variety of roles, including therapist, program manager for the agency’s first MAT/MOUD program, and then management of Share House (a long-term residential program for SDMI and substance use disorders). Caitlin McIntyre is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who has been practicing for over 10 years.
She is originally from Wisconsin but made the move to Montana in 2010 after completing her undergraduate degree. It remains the best decision she’s ever made. She greatly respects the people of this state; their values, warmth and hardworking mentality.

Jacqueline’s early professional career in Hawaii concentrated on the forensic sciences (human remains identification) while also working as a skydiving instructor. She transitioned to health sciences in 2013, earning a master’s degree in nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute for Health Professions. Early work in healthcare was in service to the homeless and underserved in Portland, Maine. Born in Eastern Montana and with deep roots in Wyoming, Kindra has made a home in the enchanting town of Butte. As a Psychiatric Mental Health nurse practitioner, Kindra has spent her early career managing severe disabling mental illnesses including schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.
