406 Recovery is a Montana-based nonprofit providing comprehensive psychiatry and mental health care across the state. Our mission is to reduce barriers to care and help people access timely, effective treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions.
We provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and integrated care for conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance use disorders, and more. Through telehealth, we make psychiatry in Montana more accessible, especially for those in rural and underserved communities.
Our approach to care
Our team combines compassion with evidence-based treatment. Led by Drs. Robert Sise, Ty Reidenbaugh, and Michelle Reinhardt, we focus on accurate diagnosis, safe and effective medication management, and long-term stability.
We bring together an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, addiction medicine physicians, a psychopharmacologist, advanced practice providers, and therapists licensed in both mental health and substance use treatment. By offering telehealth, we meet patients where they are, providing care that is accessible, personalized, and built for long-term success.
