compassion, dignity, and a commitment to patient-centered recovery. She believes that treating mental health and substance use disorders requires honoring one’s lived experience while addressing the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape recovery. Her approach integrates evidence-based medication management and psychotherapeutic disciplines along with holistic supports such as lifestyle interventions. Following evaluation, Kate finds that thoughtful deprescribing may be an appropriate initial step to achieving wholeness. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can pursue healing, stability, and long-term recovery.
